Financisto 1.2.7 has just been released in the Market. New features has been added to improve user experience with new transaction/transfer screen.
First of all, you can now set in the preferences what parameters of the last transaction to remember. Please check out the preferences, there is a new screen called “New transaction screen”:
As you can see from the picture above, you can choose to remember the last selected account, the last selected category for the account and the last selected project and location for the category 
So Financisto will remember details of your last transaction and that should improve your experience with adding new transactions.
Secondly, as you can see from the “Screen layout” part of the preferences screen, you can show/hide some elements from the transaction screen, including location, note, project. If you don’t use them, please feel free to tune the preferences to meet your need. If you choose to hide some of them it won’t erase any data in the existing transactions, it will just hide them from UI and you can get them back any time.
Also you can change relative order of the elements on the new transaction screen. By default they layered out in the following order: location, note, project. You can move an element down by increasing the order and vice verse.
